The TickerWeekend qualifying notes:
- World No. 1 3 Marion Bartoli, unable to get a main draw wildcard into Ponte Vedra Beach, took a wildcard into qualifying and won three matches to reach the main draw. She plays Bethanie Mattek-Sands in the first round.
- Dusan Vemic defeated former French Open champ Gaston Gaudio 7-6(4), 6-4 in the first round of qualifying at Houston. Vemic lost in the second round to Scoville Jenkins, who then beat Donald Young 6-4, 6-4 to reach the main draw.

The TickerJelena Dokic has pulled out of Ponte Vedra Beach with sports fatigue syndrome.

The Ticker14-year-old American wildcard Madison Keys wins her debut WTA match with a 7-5, 6-4 win over Alla Kudryvtseva in Ponte Vedra Beach. "The first two or three games I was nervous," said the 5'10" Keys. "It was kind of just the first few games of just hitting the ball and feeling it and really getting into a rhythm that made me feel a lot better."

The TickerSerena Williams has arrived in Marbella, reports the tournament's website. Williams' participation the tournament is in some doubt after she injured her left leg in Miami and said she "should probably take a couple weeks off."

CEP Estimations and Value Tips will delay until Wednesday 8 April.

I would like to feed my program with at least one match of every player in the beginning of clay season. This is because I want to minimize unexpected lost bets.
