The TickerJuan Carlos Ferrero has received a wildcard into this year's Madrid Masters. Last season, the Spaniard criticized tournament officials for missing him out while awarding wildcard spots to non-Spanish players like Marat Safin and Fabio Fognini.

Ivan Ljubicic will also get a wildcard into Madrid, with the third spot to be decided by a fans' poll.

The TickerThe USTA has announced the fields for its French Open reciprocal wildcard playoffs:

Men: John Isner, Scoville Jenkins, Evan King, Jesse Levine, Michael McClune, Nathan Pasha, Rhyne Williams, and Donald Young.

Women: Kristie Ahn, Gail Brodsky, Beatrice Capra, Lauren Embree, Nicole Gibbs, Madison Keys, Christine McHale, Asia Muhammad, Sloane Stephens, Stacey Tan, and CoCo Vandeweghe.

The TickerOrganizers of the WTA event in Fes have confirmed that Sharar Peer was given a visa to enter Morocco and has arrived in the country. Peer was unable to play in Dubai earlier this year after being denied a visa by the UAE government.
